What is the Battleship?
The Battleship is the Strike Group's base, located out on the open sea. All Strike Group members are granted access to it: next to the map icon for the Archipelago there is another which leads to the Strike Group map:
What is there on board the Battleship?
In terms of infrastructure, the Battleship is similar to a player's base. On it are:
- Strike Group HQ — the base's key structure;
- defensive emplacements — various cannons;
- storage and production facilities — for new resources.
Only the Strike Group leader and Executive Officer can build and upgrade any of the structures but all members can collect resources for upgrades and construction.
Executive Officer can build and upgrade structures on Battleship using resources or banknotes.
All Stike Group members can build and upgrade structures on Battleship for banknotes.
Upgrading the HQ gives you experience points and increases the level of your Strike Group.
What is the Battleship for?
- To join in future wars between different Strike Groups. By developing your Battleship now, you'll be locked, loaded and ready for the upcoming hostilities.
- For developing your own base and opportunities. By upgrading the Battleship, you will unlock unique Technologies that you can use for your own benefit.
What is Liberium?
Liberium is one of the two new resources; as legend would have it, it was once part of an ancient weapon.
What's it for?
Liberium is used for building and upgrading structures on the Battleship.
How can I get it?
Liberium is collected by all members of the Strike Group when they win battles (except campaign battles). The more actively you fight on the islands, the more quickly you'll collect Liberium. The Strike Group window shows how much Liberium each player has collected over the last 2 weeks. Useful information for a leader!
Where is it kept?
Liberium is kept in special Depots on the Battleship. All the Liberium collected by Strike Group members is automatically moved to the Depot after each battle won.
What is Uranium? How can I get it?
Uranium is the second of the new resources. You can get it from Uranium Reactor on the Battleship. The higher the Battleship's level, the more Uranium you can get from it. In future, you will also be able to get Uranium from Strike Wars.
What is Uranium for?Uranium is needed for research and to use the Strike group's Technologies.
The majority of defensive emplacements on the Battleship are improved, more powerful versions of the defenses on a player's base: Sniper Nest, Machine Gun, Howitzer, Flamethrower and Railgun (which are shown on the picture above).
Besides these cannons, there are two new ones: Nitrogun and Plasmatron. These cannons will be available for Battleship defense later (they’re currently available to use at your own base with needed Technologies researched: check out ‘Technologies’ paragraph).
Construction and upgrades on the Battleship can take a long time, so we've decided to add the option of free speed-ups for every member of the Strike group.
How does it work?
Very simply: once a day every Strike group member can speed up construction or upgrades of one building on the Battleship. If your Strike Group is full—it has 15 members—and active, then every day you can speed up that chosen structure by 30% of the total time.
What are Technologies?
Technologies are unique improvements, which are available for Strike Group members only.
How can I use them?
All Strike group members use Technologies for their own advantage. These may be new defense cannons or some bonuses for helping your allies for example (first available Technologies are shown on the picture above).
New Technologies become available with a new Strike Group level. We’re going to add more Strike Group level and Technologies in the future.
Technologies full list
Note: Access to the Battleship is the Technology 1, so the first Technology available to unlock is Technology 2.
Technology 2: Nitrogun
What is Nitrogun?
Nitrogun is a new defense cannon, available from Strike group level 2.
It's used at players' bases (updated Nitrogun will be available in the Battleship's defense in the future).
How does it work?
Nitrogun fires a stream of liquid nitrogen, freezing everything in its damage area. The higher level it has, the larger damage area is, the more damage it effects, the longer freezing effect lasts.
Nitrogun requires reloading with Uranium.
How to reload it?
Nitrogun runs on Uranium, which is extracted on the Battleship. Nitrogun works several days, then it needs to be refueled. The higher its level, the higher its stats and the more Uranium it requires.
NB: uncharged Nitrogun won't defend your base: remember to reload it in time!
Technology 3: Quick Request
The Quick Request decreases the cooldown time between the reinforcements requests by 25%: this means you'll be able to request units more often, every 3rd hour instead of the 4th. This Technology is available from Strike group level 3.
Technology 4: Moneyback
The Moneyback increases the amount of coins for helping your allies by 10%: sending reinforcements to your allies, you'll get 30% moneyback instead of regular 20%. This Technology is available from Strike group level 4.
Technology 5: Plasmatron
What is Plasmatron?
Plasmatron is a new defense cannon, available from Strike group level 5. It's used at the players' bases. Just as Nitrogun, updated Plasmatron will be available in the Battleship's defense in the future.
How does it work?
Plasmatron fires with a laser ray, burning everything it reaches. Besides that, damage is also dealt to all the units, which step on the burnt territory. Very effective against the crowd. Plasmatron requires reloading with Uranium.
How to reload it?
Plasmatron runs on Uranium too. The higher its level, the higher its stats and the more Uranium it requires. Generally, it works and recharges the same way as Nitrogun (learn more: LINK)
Technology 6: More Help
This Technology allows you to have one more Support Boat at your own base. Available from Strike group level 6.
