My Flash Player plugin has crashed. What should I do?

If you see the message stating that "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed", try the following steps until the problem is solved:

  • Reload the app page.
  • If the plugin continues to crash, try updating your Flash Player. Click here to visit the official Adobe website.
  • Disable hardware acceleration in your Flash Player. Click here to see the instructions. Enable it again if it doesn't help.
  • Disable your browser's antivirus/ad-block extensions or add-ons.
