I'm not getting my daily bonuses! What should I do?

Please make sure you've got the current date set up at your mobile device, as the incorrect date may prevent you from receiving the daily bonuses in the future. Restart your Farkle Live app and see if the problem persists. To get the chips you've missed and for further assistance please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible! You can do it directly from the app, simply go to 'Settings' -> 'Report Problem'.
